At CP we are proud to have worked with a number of industry leaders, helping them to look after their employees with a wide range of wellness interventions. Below is a short profile on some of the clients we have assisted:
FM Conway is a leading family-run infrastructure services company that is passionately committed to delivering vital services in transportation, the built environment and open spaces for communities and business.

Servicing the FM Conway head office in Sevenoaks, Kent as well as a number of depots across the South-East of England, CP Wellness were tasked with introducing a company-wide Employee Wellness Programme to help a wide range of employees from HGV drivers to office staff. We incorporated a state of-the-art gym at the head office, as well as a range of wellbeing services including on-site health assessments and blood cholesterol tests, nutrition workshops, injury clinics and circulated a monthly health and wellness newsletter to staff.
Employing almost 350,000 people across the globe, with a turn over of $18.5b, Cognizant help companies modernise technology, reimagine processes transform experiences so they stay ahead in a fast-changing world.

At the beginning of 2023, CP Wellness delivered an comprehensive presentation on 'Making a Formula One Driver' for 135 members of the Cognizant senior leadership team at their biannual conference in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our immersive insight into the fast paced world of F1 and how drivers and team personnel operate at the highest level of sport under immense pressure offered usable guidelines and advice that can be integrated into the workplace.
Red Bull Racing F1 Team, and Red Bull Advanced Technologies and based in a large factory campus in Milton Keynes. The site is home for 800+ employees over the two companies.

CP introduced an Employee Wellness Programme that would offer services aimed at making health and fitness more accessible to the staff. This included staffing and managing the on-site gym, running fitness challenges, health assessments and gym inductions, sports clubs, nutritional workshops and seminars and developing a comprehensive resource of information on the company intranet.
The Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team is a dynamic organisation this is currently undergoing the development of new facilities and a large growth in employee numbers.

With our focus on the travelling race team, CP travel to every Formula One Grand Prix (a record-breaking 22 races in 2021) to provide health and wellness support to mechanics, pit-stop crew, garage technicians, engineers and other travelling personnel. In total we are responsible for the physical and mental wellbeing of over 70 employees as they work across the globe.
Ark Globe Academy is a mixed all-through school located in Southwark, London, England. The school caters for children from nursery age through to sixth form. It is part of the Ark school network, operated by the charitable organisation Ark.

The role of CP within the Ark Globe Academy organisation was to provide a level of wellness support to teaching staff. Often under a lot of pressure within their workplace, the aim was to give the teaching staff an outlet through a range of wellness services including team building exercises, personal one-to-one coaching, as well as running nutrition and exercise workshop sessions.
The Crest Academy is a secondary school with academy status located in North West London. Much like the Ark Globe Academy above, The Crest Academy prides itself on providing a fantastic educational platform for it's students.

Wellbeing support outside of the classroom was again the remit for the CP Employee Wellness Programme at Crest. Teaching staff were able to gain a work-life balance through a range of wellness interventions, delivered onsite by CP.

We were able to inform the Crest teaching staff about how to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle, whilst dealing with the pressures of their job.
